Today I wanted to give you the recipe to make tasty apricot syrup, much more genuine than those that are bought, I assure you ....

Ingredients:
1 kg of apricots
Sugar QB
White Wine QB

preparation :

First you have to wash very well apricots, open them in half and remove the core that lies within.

Take a large frying pan, and place in apricots, sprinkle with sugar, and add the wine to cover them and cook them until they become soft.
Turn off the heat and let cool in cooking liquid, when cold serve ...
