Meicanas Famosas Follando

Mostaccioli

I Mostaccioli sono un dolce Napoletano ed è indicato per le festa di Natale, la storia narra che questi dolci siano nati dalle umili mani delle Clarisse ovvero le suore di clausura molti anni fa.

Ingredienti:

450 gr di Zucchero
500 gr di farina
15 gr di pisto (misto di cannella, fiori di garofano, zenzero ecc)
1 pizzico di ammoniaca per dolci *(prima di give read the recipe) 170 g of water
