Steacks Orange Pork & Potato Cream Soup


A quick way to cook a different simple but delicious pork chops.

Serves 6

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Non sto a dirvi quanto io adori i muffins o quanto li adori Martina, che questa volta infilato il grembiulino ha deciso to help them do well and to clean the bowl.

Mescolate il tutto bene ma senza insistere troppo, quindi mettere il composto negli appositi pirottini, riempiendoli per 2/3 ed infornare a 190°C per 15-18 minuti.

Rieccomi tornato!! oggi fino a Carnevale voglio darvi le ricette dei dolci di carnevale appunto. Alcuni giorni fa ho fatto dei gustosi bomboloni alla crema!!

Oggi vi do la ricetta veramente molto semplice da fare.

Ingredienti: (dose per 15/20 bomboloni)

500 gr di farina
35 gr di lievito di birra fresco
50 gr di zucchero
50 gr di burro
2 uova
latte quanto basta
olio di semi di arachidi per la frittura

per la farcitura segiute la ricetta della crema pasticcera. (le ho fatte senza crema e le ho mangiate vuote. Sono molto più buone ma i gusti sono gusti)

Procedimento:

Prendere una terrina abbastanza capiente e versateci la farina.

Fate una fontana al centro e metteteci il sale e il burro fuso, poi le uova, e lo zucchero.

Prendete il lievito di birra, e lasciatelo sciogliere nel latte caldo mescolandolo energicamente. Una volta che si è sciolto il lievito di birra, versatelo nel composto e amalgamate il tutto e formate una palla che deve risultare liscia ed elastica.

Stendete la palla con il mattarello, io l'avevo fatta sottile 2/3 cm.

Un vasetto di panna in scadenza, mi ha fatto scoprire una torta davvero ottima, come quelle che piacciono a me, un po' umidine e che rimangono soffici per tanti giorni.
Io lei non l'ho conosciuta ma ne ho sentito tanto parlare la ricetta è di Alda Muratore.

Ingredienti
250 g whipping cream
250 g sugar
4 eggs
grated lemon peel
300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking
100 g dark chocolate chips

La prima volta che ho assaggiato questa mousse, sono rimasta di stucco per la sua bontà, il baccalà non mi piace un gran so that the first taste was very "suspicious" but now I changed my mind.

Ieri si è svolta la Cresima di Jacopo e io che mi sono data daffare come una matta, non ho fatto nemmeno una foto (sono una fotografa da strapazzo, che non porta mai dietro la macchina fotografica e poi se ne pente amaramente), in chiesa no tanto c'era il fotografo e invece mi sono pentita perché ero proprio dietro Jacopo e il suo padrino e perché c'era una luce stupenda uffa, uffa! Mi ero ripromessa di farle a casa, ma poi scalda questo servi quell'altro mi sono ricordata delle foto ieri sera quando ormai era già buio, uffa,uffa!
Meno male che mentre preparavo ho fotografato qualche ricetta!

Ingredienti per 10 persone
1 pezzo di manzo da arrosto circa 1,300 Kg
1 kg di cipolle dorate
1 bicchiere di vino rosso (buono)
sedano, carota e prezzemolo
sale e pepe
6-7 cucchiai d'olio d'oliva

Legare per benino il pezzo di carne, tagliare a fette tutte le cipolle e metterle in una bella pentola capiente, con il trito fatto di sedano, carota e prezzemolo, aggiungere l'olio e la carne e iniziare a far rosolare tutto insieme a fuoco vivace ma facendo attenzione che non si bruci girando la carne di tanto in tanto. Dopo circa 25 minuti quando le cipolle avranno preso un bel colore dorato, aggiungere il vino rosso il sale e il pepe e chiudere la pentola con un coperchio and let simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Ho scoperto che mi piacciono belli croccanti e tirati finemente.
Con questa dose ne vengono tanti, ma vi assicuro che non sono mai troppi, perché davvero uno tira l'altro.

Ingredienti
500 g di farina
2 uova
